    • Lead 13 engineers across Freemium (targeting 1M annualized subscriptions) and Business Feed — from roadmap definition to general availability.
    • Drove 15% lift in user engagement and 19% increase in take rates on Business Feed, with agentic workflows for transaction categorization and invoice generation.
    • Championed Cursor, MCP, and Claude Code as a cultural shift that raised team velocity while maintaining 99.99% service availability at scale.
  2. Apple

    Engineering Lead

    • Managed a team of engineers — providing technical direction, delivery oversight, and performance feedback, and participating in hiring panels.
    • Built and scaled a Search platform from a handful of early adopters to org-wide infrastructure across 8+ business units — including Apple Retail Store, Apple Support and Apple TV.
    • Led UI engineering for two internal LLM-powered platforms: a decision-making tool enabling teams to query private data sources, and a social signals platform with real-time, LLM-summarized customer sentiment around product launches.
    • Drove self-service onboarding tooling that eliminated ad-hoc production changes and accelerated launch cycles — and built a reusable UI component adopted by Finance and PeopleWeb.

    • Drove a responsive design proposal that earned sponsorship from QBO Design Leadership, leading the Responsive Design Tiger Team and shaping PM roadmap priorities across the product.
